3D visualisation gives you the ability to view your new homes design, materials and colours selected prior to construction, ensuring you are 100% happy with your selections. Time and Time again we see homes being repainted, materials changed, and even structural changes costing you the client thousands of dollars. For a very affordable and reasonable price you can take the risk out of building your new home making sure you get it right the first time round.
How the process works
1. Firstly we require your floor plans and elevations, any inital colour selection and any specific landscaping requirements.
2. We then create a 3D model of you home exactly as per plan and to your specific colour and material selections.
3. We then send you a draft image for any changes required. Once the changes have been corrected another draft is supplied for your approval. We keep repeating this process until you are 100% happy with the colour and material selection.
4. Once the draft has been approved to proceed we then produce a high resolution image, and the final touches are made in photoshop, this includes backgrounds, reflections, plants, trees and any final touches.
