Australian Pro Builder of the Year - Double Award Win

We have some exciting news to share – we have been honoured with two of Australia’s top housing industry awards at a ceremony in Cairns last Friday!

Up against some of the biggest names in the industry, we scooped the national title of Australian Professional Builder of the Year from the Housing Industry Association (HIA), with judges recognising how the business has been built “on a legacy of innovation and leadership”.

The second award was for Australian Project Home of the Year, for a client home recently completed in the Swan Valley. Based on the very popular Nautilus home, the judging panel described the finishes throughout as ‘”exceptional”, as well as noting the homes highly functional layout.

These significant awards also recognised our hands on approach to customer service, our commitment to innovation and leadership, and our dedication to quality and success.

Commenting on the double award win, General Manager Dean O’Rourke said he and his team were genuinely delighted. “To win the national title of Australian Professional Builder of the Year is a huge accomplishment for us, particularly given the high calibre of the competition.”

“And to go on to win Australian Project Home of the Year during the same evening is absolutely fantastic – we love building, and to have one of our clients homes recognised as ‘exceptional’ on a national level is a great achievement.

“Both of these awards are a huge testament to the dedicated team we have at Dale Alcock Homes and I thank everyone involved for their hard work and commitment over the past 12 months.”
