DIAL-AN-ANGEL consolidates Sydney operations in Lindfield
The home and family experts move back to where it all began
 
DIAL-AN-ANGEL has moved home to where the success story began 46 years ago. All Sydney DIAL-AN-ANGEL office employees are now working together under one roof, in the newly expanded Lindfield office.
 
Founder Dena Blackman started The DIAL-AN-ANGEL in Sydney’s North Shore. With the first office opening in Lindfield in 1967 and the very first DIAL-AN-ANGEL advertisement taken out in local newspaper, The North Shore Times. The company has had a strong connection with the local community since the beginning, forming a base for the values of the company. The decision to transform the historical Lindfield office in to the new home base for DIAL-AN-ANGEL was motivated by these community ties and values, with all employees highly excited to be working in such an office so integral to the company’s history.
 
From humble beginnings as a one woman, one telephone operation, DIAL-AN-ANGEL has grown exponentially, now employing approximately 50 full time staff and over 7,500 registered Angels®, with offices now operating nation wide including three franchises in Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide.
 
In order to continue managing these high levels of growth, DIAL-AN-ANGEL aims to provide a strong, team oriented head office that is able to execute company operations according to the motto “one team, one goal.”
 
The creation of a single Sydney DIAL-AN-ANGEL head office has been a goal of CEO Danielle Robertson’s for over four years. Danielle Robertson said, “Being situated together under one roof, we have noticed that the culture of the organisation has shifted significantly, for the better. Our team is aged between 19 and 75 years, with both male and female staff. We have a number of different nationalities blended together bringing a diverse and very experienced team to help our clients and Angels with all their needs.”
 
The new Sydney office will continue to service the entire Sydney metropolitan area up to and including the Central Coast / Newcastle, across to the Blue Mountains, down to Wollongong and the entire East Coast (Northern Suburbs, Northern Beaches, Eastern suburbs, Southern Suburbs).
