Vienna Q1 build in Capestone, Mango Hill (Plantation Homes)

Did you end up requiring piering for your slab? Have conflicting information from the two builders we are talking to as to whether this is required or not?

So we are essentially deciding between two houses with different builders. We have quotes from both, and I have tried to compare like with like where possible. We are planning…

Supposed to have 80 sqm of open space, of which you should be able to fit a circle of 5 m diameter.

So all settled on the land. Now just the wait for GJ Gardner to come back to us, probably a couple weeks away.
Anyone in 17 close to starting?

Just going by the quotes I've received, Plantation appear to be pretty good value. Very nearly went with them ourselves.

Thanks. We were looking at blocks directly opposite the park in the new stage, but the land doesn't register until December. Think the previous sale on this block fell through.…
