I think we took about 45 minutes to do out PCI. We had a check list for each room but we also had a list of jobs that we knew…

well we had our PCI on monday and there were no major issues as such....most of the problems were cosmetic and not structural except for no gas line being installed…

5 weeks is very quick
earlier in the year it was 8 - 12 weeks as banks changed there policy everyday and they were swamped with FHB getting into the marker

yeah they did...everything else has been done except for the cornices..atleast it doesnt hold up any other progress

decided last week that we need to work on our stormwater. So we dug about 20meters of trench in heavy wet clay by hand ::wornout::

from memory we went with the standard mortar and standard bricks. Our bricks are PGH Hindmarsh and more of an earthy tone. The mortar colour ended up being slightly orange…
