over the last few months weve noticed that the pool has cracked away from the slab/decking and is now 15mm lower.the water lines are also different by 20mm telling me…

i was in bunnings at albion yesterday and they had 90x19 merbau marked down to $3.91 lm.
rang my local store today and they still have it at $4.60

and yes the yellow gas pipe is just a plastic sleeve over copper piping

thanks chippy.no the builder did all the fixout and did a pretty good job as well.i added a few niches and cutouts in the internal walls which the builder didnt…

its almost complete,we have been given friday for handover though there is a little bit of finishing to do
where really pleased with the outcome though
i spent sunday making the postbox…

had a final inspection walkthrough this morning and have been given next friday for handover.just a few defects to finish and wire ballustrading.will post finshed pics up next week

ours was done before brickwork.strange way to do it though as they hung scaffold up around the gutter line for the roofer then took that down and put proper scaffold…
