To satisfy certifier:
We ended up paying an access consultant $2000 to produce a 1 page report confirming we didn't need ramp.
Although a metaphorical ramp would probably have helped the downhill…

We're in process of building with Hillman Homes.
Signed contract January 2017.
To date, not yet at Lock up stage.
