As above, but I would suggest a registered cabler - not all sparkies are registered cablers and don't necessarily know the details of data cabling requirements.

We'll be running the rest of our cabling (data/coax/speaker/HDMI) after the sparky has rouged the electrics in, just before the plasterboard goes up. Much easier than after…

Well, we got out soil test results - H1 - but we have fixed site costs so no difference to us. Land has titled and we have taps now!
