From Excavation to slab down was 14 days for you. So hopefully we can get out slab down by early next week...round about 2 weeks.

8m setback for the rear is for the upper level, not ground level. Ground is 4m.

Council approvals are minimum 6-8 weeks...I have heard it go longer depending on which council though.
