Which builder are you building with as flipping the house should not cost you anything unless you can ask for reasons and price breakup.

As per CasaView they only requested 149 (2) with Sewer diagram. I am checking again with my Solicitor.

For everyone else, below are the documents requested by my builder (CASAVIEW) to proceed to the next stage:
a. 88b instrument
b. 149 certificate
c. Deposited plan (aka. DP Plan)
d. Sewer diagram
e. Land…

Yes, these are requested by the builder and Solicitor will be sending it across next week. 88b and DP needs to be requested online from LPI or Council (not sure)…

Got a confirmation, all settled now. Such a relief.

It's more to do with bank than Solicitor as some banks do not like double transfers at all.

Mine is a double transfer so not sure as my Solicitor is still waiting.
