Correct, there are no drawings available. That’s one of the steps I need to do. I’ve reached out to some structural engineers and a builder to get an idea of…

Hey guys, looking at doing some renos to our new place.
It looks like a lot of it revolves around removing load bearing walls. I thought I'd jump on here…

They are pretty solidly clearing the school land in allura, I think we've got a good chance at this being ours.

Proposed budget is out. I think the only thing that relates to us is the continued work on Manview reserve.

Last winter stockland stated that about the grass, hence the delay. Correct me if I'm wrong but mid year this year is winter. Unless they lay it now to allow…

Nevermind, looks like dates have changed. ETA Sept '17, seems reasonable.

is this what's already being constructed, or has something changed? Seems like it'll be finished much sooner... ?

I'm actually loving the style of the building, especially with native grassy landscaping. Also think the playground looks great!
Now- hopefully the ovals, and BOTH ovals are complete.. it looks…

Shopping centre wont be done in 2016. To give you an idea, the ovals used to have signs saying "coming in 2013". These where then updated each year..

I think it is for eclipse. If anyone has the time to dechipher here's the details. They've also dug out the driveway / car park as per council plans

ugh, and probably will be delayed again. It's so disappointing that they can make so many promises that they don't need to keep. It's pretty much an election campaign.

I haven't bothered. There's soooooo many exceptions its ridiculous. It's all a bit of a sham. I would've much proffered if the builder used a solution that didn't need annual…

So.. they've turned on the traffic lights at the intersection of Forsyth & Elmhurst - the only reason I can think of is to annoy everyone ;)

Any updates from anyone? Looks like work on the ovals has started again - earth turning in prep for grass? Still no bins on the path though (inside their holders)…

Yep, some nice cafes would be awesome! Loving the progress on the ovals. Sucks that they'll still take ~a year (maybe something will open in phases?) but still looking promising!

Actual water usage during construction is worth peanuts. It's the other charges that add up.

Also noticed that they've put fence posts around the East oval (which is as per plans - one oval has a fence).
