Anyone in Boydhart St with a confirmed BAL rating? Our builder has classified our land to be BAL29 and plans show that the majority of Grantham Estate is bushfire prone.

I spoke to the developer 2 weeks ago and he said that because of rain it should be registered mid november. We are Stage 2. What stage are you?
