The wrap is a norm these days with all builders. No upgrade

Our brickies started yesterday and plasterers will start next week.

We also struggled with the garage entrance door but just positioned next to the entrance but our stairs are reversed.

Another option for storage on 1st floor is to add a WIR with a sliding door where we added linen and that costs less than $1000

The size of window is 2.1m (length) X 2.4m (height).
For extra storage we added linen in the activity room.I think they charged us around $1500
