They allowed for Stage 3.. Latest update for stage 3, "Still Awaiting Compliance, expected this week"... Its almost like speaking to a Bot now!!!! Same reply since mid december 2017!!!!

I have found calling the office directly helps...
Or if you have a conveyancer already you could push with there lawyers on getting a estimate on the date...

So we got the valuation back for the land component and were quiet happy. Its a good chunk more than that on the purchase price. Quiet delighted... Now if only…
