Pretty sure our landscaper got it from local landscape supplier.
Our landscaper got make of the existing one and ordered extension bits in same manufacturer.

We had this issue.
Our landscaper raised ours by 600mm.
You can by pre fab concrete that go over the hole and stack on top of each other.
No issue for it…

Moroka finish is painting of bricks on outside. Mortar needs to be flushed finished as well.

We built Cremorne with Guest. Started around end of October and we moved in mid April.
