my friend just finished up with rawsons huntley at the ponds..all done as per contract, no surprises (except for the good ones)..he would definitely recommend them..

a friend of mine got all his windows done for i think about $6K. rawson homes - huntley 26 double story..

exact same thing happened to us..luckily a simple phone call to the site manager at eden brae was enough to get it removed..

council wants us to change our design..cant believe they count all the void areas upstairs in the 30% allowed usage..very disappointing..

we have a RWT and it is not connected to the washing machine nor was there a need to..council person did not see a problem with it as well..
