all the defects I raised during the walk through we're not completed and hence the delay.
The additional laying charges are for the rectified edge, it was around $3k

yeah it was standard tile, it is Hearwood white from coral range. We had to pay extra laying charges though.

Fridge water connection should have been completed as part of the pre plumbing work prior to the brickwork, this is how mine was done. Better done now surely
