Been a little while, but we've had some developments.
We settled on our land just before Christmas, and the block was scraped on the 28th January. Piering soon!

I plan on getting an inspector to go through on the final inspection before keys.

$5k non refundable paid on Saturday. Let's hope it all goes to plan!
