Thanks for all the electrical replies guys. I think I'll go with MJH for my downlights now. I guess their Cat6 data cables pricing would be pretty competitive as well.

That's why I steered clear of Miele. I tried looking for photos online but couldn't find any. I guess they're rarely done.
