2 story houses are normally 34-36 weeks, less holidays and rain days. 26-28 weeks are single story buildings. Unless they have changed, you can correct me.

There is around 5-6 week difference between single and double story build. Ours was 7 months to build as double story including 3 weeks break at xmas time.
