Ross Squire Adds More Value to the Range

Ross Squire Homes has added new home designs to its portfolio – the Value Plus Range.

To cater for different lifestyles, these competitively priced range of homes feature five designs in either three or four bedrooms, with floor areas ranging from 138m2 to a massive footprint of 205m2.

“The Value Plus Range has been designed to appeal to small and large families. The Jacaranda, the range’s largest plan, has room for a growing family with four generously sized bedrooms, a study, theatre and activity,” said Mark Liddelow, General Manager of Ross Squire Homes.

“These homes have been designed with functionality and affordability in mind. The layout fits within an uncomplicated design to maximise energy efficiency and save on material waste.”

“These homes are fast tracked through our system with streamlined administration.”

“In addition, the clever, clean simplistic design also enables speed of construction for quicker build and completion.”

“As a result, the Value Plus range of homes are better value for money and cost less per square metre.”

The homes have been growing in popularity with a number already being built across Western Australia since its soft launch late last year.

The Value Plus Range of homes include standard Ross Squire specifications and a 1.8m wide front verandah.

As with all Ross Squire homes, the Value Plus Range is available as a steel frame kit home for owner builders or built to lock up, or as a fully built home.
