Hi Maris, We’re hopefully looking to build the Denver 45 here in Melb...and wanting to do similar to you with grand outdoor, bigger garage, Bigger kitchen etc. Without being too intrusive, do you mind I ask what your total approx. build cost was. Obviously this will vary based on site costs etc but would be handy to get an idea. Cheers
