Yeah quite a few. Mainly what was added during pre-start though.

It’s not hybrid unfortunately. Wish it was. Just regular floorboards.

Brick on was done through the builder. I think it was about $5000 extra for those specific bricks as they’re “reclaimed”.
The wood panel wall was done after key handover. Was…

We’ve only noticed one chipped tile in our shower and the pantry cupboard door not hanging exactly straight. The rest is great.

Disappointing. You can get some pretty realistic looking wallpapers if it’s still something you’re interested in. Alternatively, the wood panel feature walls we got turned out pretty well too.

That’s disappointing! What was the reason for that? Who did you build with? We had ours drawn into our plans from the start. It was pretty costly but I’m happy…

Thankyou Louise! It’s really great to see it all come together from ideas in my head. Can’t wait to move in! Hopefully not too much longer.

It was pretty cheap if you ask me. The two walls together were $1540 fully installed and they’re over 5m each.

Tile is called “Cemento Grey” by Della Vita. They’re 600mm x 600 mm.

I can’t remember how much the upgrade was sorry.
I’d upgrade. 31c is a really good height for living areas etc.

31c in living, kitchen, master, en-suite, entrance and hallways. 28c everywhere else.

Yeah we did. Think it was about $1800 all rendered and painted same colour as the house. Probably expensive but we were able to get it included at the beginning…

Didn’t upgrade size or zones etc. what they offered as standard was enough. 12kw system like you.

We got it mainly so we could turn our aircon on without being there etc so the house is cool by the time we get in. It’s got Wifi capabilities…

Yeah we only upgraded the monitor to the AirTouch 4. Was $750.
