House is wrapped and ready for bricks when the builders are back from Xmas break

We now have framing, they're not wasting any time digging the window frames.

And we have a slab

Slab was supposed to go down today but due to the weather all we got was a slab frame lol

Finally something is happening!

We finally have progress, starting the cut and hopefully slab in a week or two

We got our planning permit already, it was applied for on 27/9 and approved on 8/10! Just need the building permit which should be another week or so and beachwood…

LAND HAS SETTLED! woo hoo - the dirt farm is now ours... now to wait for the building permits to be issued.

Finally have a solid settlement date for our land - 26/9/17 - next tuesday yay!
