Once finished outside landscaping we have to get independant certifier to give us the final OC

luckily we caught tiler before he started.

Slight incline i believe the cut out was around half a meter and land is around 1 meter above street level.

Another quick peak today, living room tiles done and splashback installed
Cleaners were thier tidying up
All scaffold and fence was being removed

Steadily moving along, painting is finished all plumbing (except free standing bath) is finished.
Electrical / clean / balcony and driveway to go.
Hoping 4 weeks ish till PCI

Going with Wynstan for window dressings front road facing rooms will be shutters (6 total)

SS wont give us a date at all, asked a few times he told us it was a Rawson policy to avoid giving PCI dates and to go off contract…
