Just to give you guys an update, I've got a replacement from Carpet Call.
Changed the species to Jatoba (harder wood) and loving it.

Forgot to add the question about colour of the floor over time; Jatoba VS SBG.
Is it true Jatoba will darken to vary much from SBG?
