Yes, the MCP now forms part of Council requirements.
...I have a feeling that any additional length of fencing built would need to be ripped down. :(

Lots 1102, 1103 & 1104 MIT have some trouble building their side fences. Looks like Cloverlea have left some huge (understatement) trees there that might get in their way.
