Thanks, I've tied looking at that but was wondering if it's a slab difference of say $1000 do they charge that double/triple ?

We are lot 34 ....Unfortunately I'm pretty sure you will be H Class and saline as we are in the same block as you and that's what we are.

Hey Gfernz, no the developer didn't provide anything. The soil report was done with our builder Elderton.

We went with Elderton and they have been great so far...frames getting delivered this week but we have a 12.5 lot. I'm pretty sure they do have designs for 10m.
