Progress has really sped up this week after the rain slowed the build down.

We had a really successful PCI inspection this morning. No major issues found by our private inspector or us.
Nearly everything was cosmetic - paint and plaster touch ups, redoing…

@, we also had a very quick and good construction period. Happy how it went throughout.
It's only when the last items 'driveway, fencing, landscaping' were supposed to be started, RAIN…

Progress @week29 from slab:
- All electrical and plumbing completed
- good to see workers onsite today - they were completing all floors tiles (ground floor), so I am expecting grouting completed…

We had gas installed this week. Not so sure about sewerage but my ss said they were waiting for weather to finish the complete external hydraulic works
