If we knew that we couldn't have the 6 metre backyard, we would have redesigned the house - we designed it from scratch to be able to have a 6…

Ok thanks. Looks like it would cost them over $60k to fix.
Will be speaking to them tomorrow and then will follow up with an email. If there response isn't satisfactory…

Thanks for your reply.
When l said approved l meant we approved the final pland and signed off on them.
The builder then submited them to the developer and realised they hadnt…

Our slab is laid, we are 609, where are you again.
There might be a holf on ours now though as the slab has been laid incorrectly :(

I think 35 or 36. Its a mix between the Ascot, Montrose and a few others from other builders
