You can get foxtel I had it since Nov 2013 and a lot of homes have it.
The fences are allowed Stockland won't enforce it, same as people who have built…

Lot of homes going up in that area before too long it will stop its because its pretty isolated at the moment. You wont stop people doing it unfortunately.

The shops will start soon they are waiting for elmhurst to open so there is access.

They have started work on the fencing around the park, elmhurst looks nearly complete then shops should start as they need access, lights at palmers rd close to finished…
