I got the info about rear setback and Solar panels
Setback - Blacktown Council is 4m however the private certifiers (CDC) accepts 3m
Solar - you can only install them…

Guys,any ideas if the rear setback has to be definitly 4m as some builders are still not sure if this can be relaxed ,also what options do we have installing…
