Could your own height be an influence. I am vertically "challenged" and have no problem with 8ft ceilings. Someone that is vertically "enhanced" may feel more closed in.

casa2- not really.
at this stage-
bank would be at- 60% paid- but at lock up
builder- 70% at completion of brick work
the reason we decided to go with the builders progress…

:evil: Builder can't even get the progress payments right and then tries to blackmail owner into paying- sounds like great building/company practice doesn't it?
