I’m the agent for Saratoga Rise, the 10m Lots with an adjoining lot marked (a) are suitable for zero lot. 12.5 do not meet that requirement.

There is no developer guideline / requirement for Saratoga Rise. Your builder should refer to the 88b.

Looking unlikely for registration in April. Waiting on an update from the Developer.

The site office has again be relocated back to Old Pitt Town Rd.
The site shed was broken in to and vandalised. Repairs are in progress and the site shed…

The fencing remains in place until the land is registered.

We understand that everything is still on track for late April registration.
Roads are being hot sealed this week.

Saratoga Risewill be lodged electronically, this should be an expeditious process.

Once you have settled on the land and have your approvals in place, technically It is possible.
You would need to discuss this with your builder.

There is no plan for early access for builders at this time.

Registration is expected late April, settlement would the occur in May.
Final contours are expected over the next week or two.

There is no access to the site for builders before registration.
We will coordinate access for bank Valuers in the coming weeks.

I spoke with TRn site foreman today 16/1/19 he spoke of some slight delays but says in his opinion April should be achievable.
