I rang land titles office today who advised it was registered today so letters won’t be far away

LAND was REGISTERED today !!!!!!!

Does anyone know if you can track the progress of the land at Land Titles office ? Anyone know when it’s likely to come out?

It’s been with land titles office since 15 Oct owner can now take plans to land titles office with councils stamp of approval

Rang council today gave DP number of Aquire blocks they said it’s not been submitted yet for final approval from developer/owner Jasmere Properties she said when they finally do it…

My guess is December I don’t think there is a path going down New Holland drive - the only thing they need to do is plant trees and spray grass…

They just went out there I was unaware that you needed permission. It’s not totally closed off you can access the blocks through the walkway foot path.
