We went with a satin finish (similar to matte?). The floor guy said it was a much more modern look than gloss and also better in terms of dust showing.

Yes it's Natural White. I don't find it stark.

I agree Antique White USA is a bit cream. We have Natural White by Dulux and I love it.
As you can see from these photos it does look different…

I have two joins through light Caesarstone and you can see them. I think they're getting worse over time too. They would not put the join through the sink.

I thought it was a pretty common design? All the deck roofs around my area are flyover style.
