Haha, yes it sounds strange doesn't it? actually there are 4 bedrooms upstairs each with ensuite and one bathroom downstairs (powder room with shower).

Can't really make a decision at the moment ::study:: , it's already a 45 sq home, to get ensuite to all bedrooms upstairs (extra 3 sq)…

The facade we love is something like this.... I guess it looks good with reddish bricks... Not sure if it looks ok with Mocha.

I think you'll be fine. There are heaps of country style houses are like this, if you read Home Beautiful magazines you will find many, they look fantastic.

Jarrah is Boral's best selling red colour, you can't go wrong with it.

DR has moved their production to TAS and they can't really guarantee the colours...and price is very expensive, we might have to give it up as there are too…
