good question. a stupid question from me.. what product is safe to clean the walls with that won't leave residue to paint on?
any recommendations for a good cutting in tool?

thanks RiH, great advice and I'm taking it all on. so by 'trade' rollers, do you mean like paint brand rollers?

the walls are an off white and I'm painting them a light beige kinda colour? need to warm it up a bit. is that darker or lighter?
