For what it’s worth, best getting as many quotes as possible. Send out emails / phone calls..
Drive around the suburb / neighbourhood and see which companies are servicing…

Also, if you get the builder to install/supply, they have the option to take the Gov. STCs.
Can add up to a couple of thousand in their pocket..

Great result for a December! Like you said, one less thing to stress over whilst you are supposed to be on holiday.
