it depends at what phase you are asking them to make change. If you have applied or received initial approval and signed contract, its a tedious process to make changes…

Try calling Manny from MPA concrete (http://www.mpaconcretesolutions.com). I have seen his work, he has done lot of work around in Mango Hill
