issacsharma I am in the same boat as you. Just for your information, I got pre-approval from NAB under FHLDS and for split contract but it expires as I am going with Domaine Home as well and the land is due to register in March, 2022. If I understand correctly, you are worried about getting the loan with split contract with low deposit, is that right? I don't it will be an issue as most of the new properties are coming as split contract and it gives some advantage to the buyer stamp duty wise and pre-approval from NAB reinforce my claim I believe.
