Bankwest are now part of CBA so maybe Bankwest have had to adjust their lending criteria to satisfy the CBA honchos.
Friends got declined by CBA previously but okayed by BankWest…

I think that the plot ratio is a little confusing.
Talking to ACTPLA they said it only applied to 'standard blocks' which are 500m or more.
