When I did our theatre room dark brown I had the same issue. I think it may have gone away somehow. Or more likely I just stopped noticing.

Very slow process. BACV are now going to do an inspection at manbuilts request but told this process takes about 6 weeks.

no indication of timeframe for fixes.
re-inspection found most defects not fixed.

Manbuilt projects did some repairs.

Builder says it's fixed. Will post results of independant inspectors findings.

still waiting for builder to fix. Just gone 16 weeks since first inspection picked up allot of the faults

Mums brickwork has issues too that were picked up by inspector.

It's in her contract that they have to start paying rent after a cirtain date.

The builder had certificate of occupancy. Pretty ridiculous situation. Those photo's are from the Second final inspection.
