Thanks for the info! I was concerned that because of the steel frame, they did not have to use any protection. I will query them before the build commences.

If anyone has built in the Ripley area and had a steel frame, what termite management system did Coral Homes use?

Has anyone had ducted aircon installed by outside contractors (not as part of coral home contract)? Did Coral allow the contractors onsite during the build>
