Thank you. It was built in the 1970s but no heritage charm. It's probably the worst house on my street by far, all the others are super modern mansions.

Just wanted to know your thoughts about the following costs for both town planning permit and building permit:
Town planning: 12k
Building permit: 14k
Total: 26k
Seems excessive for a 4 unit house
