Tile is from same supplier. Slightly increased price but only couple dollars per tile. Forgot to mention it’s a brick bond style laid style too.

Looking at paying 10k extra for tiles because we selected a rectangular shaped tile. Home is 38 squares with bedrooms carpeted. This sound normal?
