Spoke to Cloverlea today about stage 3 title release and according to them release is still 3rd quarter 2015. I wish it was earlier but oh well

Not that any soil tests have been done in stage 3, but there will be no fill in stage 3 hence im assuming/hoping the soil tests will be better
