Just looked at the house build made by better built and they look awesome . If you don't mind, can you let me know the additional upgrades chosen and total cost over the base price, which you had to spend to get this awesome house. Thanks. ps. I had send you a message earlier, but not sure if you received it .. Sorry if it is a repeat of the earlier message. krusade25

hi there hindipop. Thanks so much for stopping by. Thanks also for pm'ing me this question. I have no problem telling people the price but I just don't like doing it on the forum. The base price for our house (the krusade 35! :)) was 407k. We then added 60k extra which I thought was pretty reasonable. Only thing I need to point out though was we removed the flooring for the bedrooms and main living areas and have decided to go with that on our own as we weren't keen on the options we had from colortile. That price included an extra bathroom on the first floor, sunken floor for the home theatre, upgraded caesarstone, floor to ceiling tiling and upgraded tiles for our main ensuite and alfresco etc. It also includes about 4.5k worth of extras we asked for during our electrical appointment.

Message me anytime if you have any other questions. If you do decide to explore Better Built, give Neel a chat at the display home. He was the only reason we initially gave them the time of day and we are so grateful for making the hard decision to sign up with them. Have a great day!
