Floor sander in eastern suburbs Melbourne

Just wondering if anyone had used or knows a good floor sander in eastern suburbs Melbourne. We are leaning towards sanding and polishing our timber floor. Thanks.

Our timber floor planks are narrow and might give an older feel and makes the area look smaller probably.

Thanks for the information again. I will get that humidity measuring device tomorrow and monitor regularly. But just for information would houses on stumps with a higher positioned neighbouring house…
