Piering completed and slab is booked in for Monday/Tuesday.
So 11mth all up for us to get to constuction…

Does anyone know how far a builder need to dig into the ground to build a 2 storey home?
On average would it be more than 1m, 2m into the ground?

I think im just more disappointed about them being slow and we have to pay interest after the tender ends when its not our fault!
Our building plan just got approved…
